TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• To book your makeup trial, we will require full, non refundable, payment  in advance of your booking. Please e-mail us to receive your booking form.

• Bridal Make up trials are booked to last up to 2 hours. Within this 2 hour time frame, we will endevour to meet your requirements. Should it not be possible to meet your requirements within two hours, clients can choose to:

i) rebook another 2 hour trial for a fee of £30.00

or

ii) subject to availability, the trial can continue at an additional charge of £15.00 per hour.

• To secure your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost within one week of your make up trial. The remaining balance should reach us no later than two weeks prior to your booking date. Please note your booking is not secured until we receive cleared payment.

• Travel up to 10 miles from Leigh On Sea is included in the cost of your trial/make up service.  Distances exceeding 10 miles may incur an additional cost. Please contact us if you are located over 10 miles from Leigh On Sea.

• Any digital photos taken at the trial or on the date of the occasion, may be added to our professional portfolio and/or added to our website.

• If, in the unlikely and extremely rare event of illness and/or personal emergency we have to cancel our booking with you, we will endevour to find a suitable replacement Makeup Artist. Different fees, terms and conditions may apply. If, due to circumstances forementioned, we have to cancel any trial or make up service any fees (deposits or full payments) will be refunded in full.

•  Should any members of the client's party become abusive, threatening, offensive and/or violent, we reserve the right to terminate the service without a refund.

• For reasons of Health and Safety, we ask that clients and their party do not smoke during the make up trial, make up lesson or  make up service.
